1. Overview

GrantFlow is a monthly subscription service operated by Livaty Ltd. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers: Innovator, Pioneer, and Visionary. Each tier offers different levels of service and support.

 

Innovator includes:

• A monthly tailored list of relevant grant and funding opportunities

• Packs delivered on the first Tuesday of each month

• Option to access additional consultancy services at a discounted rate

 

Pioneer includes:

• A monthly tailored list of relevant grant and funding opportunities

• Packs delivered on the first Tuesday of each month

• One grant consultation and review per month (45 - 60 minutes)

• One review of a grant application per month

• Access to exclusive discounts from our partner network

• Priority access to our consultancy services

 

Visionary includes:

• A monthly tailored list of relevant grant and funding opportunities

• Packs delivered on the first Tuesday of each month

• Monthly strategy sessions to develop a long-term funding roadmap (45 - 60 minutes per session, subject to availability)

• Unlimited grant consultations and application reviews (subject to availability)

• Full access to our partner discount network

• Ongoing email support and access to a dedicated point of contact

 

All plans are billed monthly via Direct Debit. Terms include monthly, 6-month or 12-month terms. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time after your Term ends, with changes taking effect from the next billing cycle.

 

3. Content & Deliverables

• Each month, we provide a curated list of relevant funding opportunities based on the information you provide to us during your onboarding and any updates you share over time.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during onboarding and throughout your subscription is accurate and up to date. This includes your business status, location, sector focus, and funding needs. Inaccurate or outdated information may affect the quality or relevance of the opportunities we provide.

• While we work hard to source high-quality, tailored funding opportunities, we do not guarantee that every available grant or funding scheme will be included, nor can we promise that suitable opportunities will be available every month.

• The opportunities we share are based on publicly available information and our internal research. We cannot be held liable for changes made by external funders after we have shared a grant or funding opportunity with you.

• If, in any given month, there are no new or suitable opportunities based on your profile and activity, your monthly update may be delayed or skipped. We will notify you if this happens.

• It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any significant changes in your business that could affect your funding eligibility or interests.

 

4. Booking Consultations & Reviews

Pioneer and Visionary subscribers are entitled to monthly consultations and grant reviews. To ensure fair access and smooth scheduling, the following terms apply:

• It is your responsibility to book consultations and reviews via the scheduling link or by contacting us directly.

• All sessions are subject to availability, and we recommend booking early in the month to secure your preferred time.

• If you have not booked your session(s) by the final working week of the month, we cannot guarantee availability, and you may forfeit that month’s entitlement.

• Unused sessions do not carry over into the following month.

• No refunds or partial credits will be issued for missed or unbooked consultations or reviews.

 

Visionary subscribers are entitled to unlimited consultations and reviews, but we reserve the right to limit session frequency if bookings become excessive or impact the availability of support for other clients. We will always aim to accommodate reasonable usage and prioritise strategic support.

 

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is taken monthly via Direct Debit using GoCardless.

• If the payment is not taken on the date, you will not be entitled to the GrantFlow Pack.

• Your first payment will be collected on the 1st of the month following your subscription setup. No payment is taken during the initial setup stage.

• You will receive your monthly GrantFlow Pack on the first Tuesday of every month.

 

6. Cancellations & Changes

• You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription after your Term ends by contacting us via email.

• Cancellations require one month’s notice prior to the Term ending.

• Changes (upgrades or downgrades) will apply from the next Term.

 

7. Refund Policy

As this is a digital and time-based service, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been collected. No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial months after the 1st of any billing period. If you feel there has been an error, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update or amend the GrantFlow service, including the content, pricing, and terms of subscription, at any time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice via email of any material changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms or changes, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 6.

9. Use of Information

You agree not to share or distribute your GrantFlow materials outside your organisation without written permission from Livaty Ltd. These materials are for your internal use only.

10. Support & Consultancy Services 

Additional support services (e.g. grant writing, budget prep, strategic support) are available separately. As a subscriber, you may receive discounted rates and priority access to our consultancy team.

11. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Liability

While we work to find the most relevant funding opportunities, we cannot guarantee the success of any funding applications. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your applications unless we are formally engaged to assist.

13. Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Livaty Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the GrantFlow service;

• Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide to us;

• Your decisions to apply (or not apply) for funding based on information we provide;

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.

 

This indemnity remains in effect after the termination of your subscription.

14. Data & Privacy

All personal and business data shared with us will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to us storing and using your information to provide funding opportunities and related support.
